This step does not charge you. Review the order before paying on Stripe.

HOW IT WORKS

From file to findings.

  1. Upload your CSV. Unsupported file formats are rejected before payment.
  2. Save your order access code and pay once through Stripe.
  3. Open and download your report. Correct your file and use your included recheck.

A few useful details.

Do I need to connect my shop?

No. Upload a CSV exported from your catalogue. This service reads the file and produces a report; it does not connect to or change your shop.

Do I need an agent or an AgentResolve account?

No. Catalogue Check is a separate service. Your order number and private access code let you return to your report.

What happens after I correct the file?

Your order includes one recheck within seven days of payment. Download your reports within 30 days to keep a copy.
