What you are ordering

This service is offered for business use. One order checks one UTF-8 CSV of up to 1,000 simple products, 5 MB, 80 columns and 20,000 bytes per field. It requires SKU, name and price columns. It checks missing names/SKUs, duplicate case-sensitive SKUs, price format, optional stock format and optional image URL format. Only the checks named in the report have been performed.

It does not correct or import your file, access your shop, verify factual product information, check image availability, determine profitability, or guarantee compatibility with an importer. Variations and bundles are not supported. A report with no findings is still a delivered report; it is not a certification.

Price, delivery and recheck

The current total is £9.99. VAT not charged The exact total is confirmed on your order before payment. There is no subscription. Payment is handled by Stripe. The report is generated automatically and unlocked after payment confirmation. Confirmation can be delayed; use “Check payment status” or contact support rather than paying twice.

One recheck of the corrected catalogue is included within seven days of payment. Download your reports within 30 days. No report email is sent. Save the private access code displayed before checkout; anyone with your order number and code can access your report.

Problems, cancellations and refunds

Before payment, you can leave checkout without placing a paid order. If a payment is duplicated, no usable report is delivered, or the service fails to perform its stated checks, contact the seller with your order reference. The seller will investigate, correct the problem or arrange an appropriate refund. Refunds are processed by the seller in Stripe, not automatically by this website. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your files and privacy

Upload only catalogues you are authorised to use. Do not include customer records, passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal data. Uploaded files are read to produce the report and are not kept by this module. Reports retain SKU values and findings; product descriptions and image addresses are not retained in reports.

The seller named above controls order and report data. The website stores order references, price, payment status, a hashed access code, seller/terms snapshots and reports to fulfil and support your order. Stripe processes payment details under its own privacy terms. This module sends Stripe the order reference, service name and total, not your catalogue or report.

Report access ends after 30 days. Expired report content is removed during the next scheduled cleanup or service use. Minimal order/payment records remain for administration and accounting; contact the seller for access or deletion requests, subject to applicable retention duties. Hosting backups and server logs are managed separately by the seller/hosting provider.

A necessary session cookie maintains order access and form security. Abuse limits use a salted daily digest of the connection IP, not the raw IP, and expire after an hour. Hosting logs may separately record connection data. This service does not add advertising or analytics trackers.
